When Lupus fatigue is at 💯😴. I keep active in creative ways mind and body. As poetry helps beyond just releasing some words on paper but subconsciously serves as a training tool for my dyslexia in improving/expanding my grammar & vocabulary looking up words I’m unsure of correct spelling/meaning.

Been active is not just doing 30 Press-ups or workout routine for example. It’s activating the mind & body to come alive in whatever you enjoy doing & may even discover a passion that’s been laying dormant. Been able to express your individuality is a freedom that no one can teach or dictate to you.
